Lawful Action & Lawful Courts
COURTESY LETTER TO THE POLICE OF CANADA
To Whom It May Concern,
Hello and good day. I am Robert-Arthur, a Freeman-on-the-Land of the Menard family. I would like to start by thanking you all for all your efforts and services in helping keep Canada safe. I appreciate that I live in one of the few countries where one can safely attempt the level and type of lawful action which I and others endeavor to bring. One of my favorite quotes speaks to how for any societal structure to have stability there must be a constant balance maintained between the protectors of a society and its critics. If the protectors have too much power, and silence the critics, then stagnation results, and growth is impossible. If the critics have too much control, then stability is sacrificed for growth, and the society collapses. There must be a proper balance or all suffer.
Looking at todays post 911 world it is easy to see that the protectors are developing too much power. Our police are being militarized and seem to operate on the belief that they aren't bound by the law and the statutes they enforce. They often operate outside the legislative framework and with complete disregard for their oaths to preserve and maintain the public peace, and using convoluted logic, have expanded the concept of breaching the peace to include questioning their orders and commands. This is an unacceptable situation to those who realize what those who served in WWl and WWll fought for and against. The people of Canada deserve and demand better.
The law is an awesome tool and provides much remedy to those willing to seek its sweet nectar of justice.
